THE LAB EXPERIENCE:

One of the first things I learned in Axis Leadership Lab is that the individual influences the group, the group affects the community, and the community ultimately changes the individual. It was a long cycle for me but this principle has proven to be true both personally and professionally, in ways that I never thought possible. I would recommend to anyone with aspirations of becoming a leader to sign up for this program. - Jose Ilitzky
